Well, where do I start, I'd like to say upfront that the communication is great with them, the response is great, but the overall service is lacking, the iron working we ordered came in some of the dies/molds was incorrect form their literature for the machine shows different, from what we got, the machine did not work or worked one time, then smoke came from the electronics, we ordered a 240v 60 hz. 3 phase power, the name plate says this, but the motor is a 360v 50 hz. 3 phases. I've had two electricians, and two motor experts verify that the motor will not run on the power provided.is not adequate for the motor, we've spent a considerable amount of time and money to get the machine to work, although they have been working with us to resolve the issue but keep side stepping the motor issue and sending a relay that was burnt, and implying that the input power could be the problem, we have the same power to operate other machines with the same power requirements with no problems
